We use a special piece of software to track all the issues our clients bring to us. This software acts as a central location for all inquiries, problems, and their ensuing solutions. This ensures that nothing is ever lost or forgotten, no e-mail thread ever disappears, and nothing is over-looked. For our clients, using our tracking system is as simple as sending an e-mail to your designated support e-mail account. That's it, one simple e-mail and your issue is entered into our tracking system where the right people will be able to see it and respond to your inquiries in short-order.
